Customer Artwork & Content
Customers are responsible for all artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, graphics, and other materials submitted to Signature Mylar for custom packaging.
By submitting artwork or placing an order, you confirm that:
You own the submitted content or have the necessary rights and permission to use it.
Your submitted artwork does not knowingly infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of another party.
You authorize Signature Mylar to use the submitted materials as necessary to prepare, manufacture, print, and fulfill your custom packaging order.
Signature Mylar reserves the right to decline artwork or content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
Artwork Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing artwork that meets the requirements communicated by Signature Mylar for their specific packaging project.
For optimal print results, customers may be asked to provide high-resolution artwork in suitable professional formats, such as:
AI
PDF
EPS
PSD
High-resolution PNG
Where applicable, customers should follow the recommended color mode, dimensions, bleed, resolution, and other artwork specifications provided by our team.
Signature Mylar is not responsible for print-quality issues resulting from artwork that does not meet the required specifications or from errors contained in customer-supplied files.
Digital Proof Approval
Where a digital proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the proof before production.
Customers should verify all relevant details, including:
Artwork and design
Dimensions and bag specifications
Colors
Text and spelling
Logos and graphics
Materials
Finishing options
Quantity
Other order specifications
Production may begin after customer approval of the applicable proof. Once a proof has been approved, Signature Mylar is not responsible for customer-approved errors that were present in the final proof.
Materials & Packaging Specifications
Signature Mylar offers a range of custom packaging solutions, including custom mylar bags, stand up pouches, spout pouches, flat bottom pouches, coffee bags, food packaging, health and nutrition packaging, pet food packaging, custom mailer bags, and related packaging formats.
Material requirements can vary depending on the intended application. Customers should communicate any specific requirements, such as food-contact suitability, barrier properties, child-resistant features, material specifications, or other regulatory or product requirements before production.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected packaging is suitable for their intended product and application.
Orders, Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations may be possible only before production begins and are subject to the status of the order.
Once artwork has been approved and production or manufacturing has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Additional costs may apply if changes require new artwork preparation, setup, materials, or production work.
Signature Mylar will communicate with customers regarding available options when an order change or cancellation request is received.
Custom Products, Returns & Reprints
Because Signature Mylar products are custom manufactured according to customer specifications, custom orders may not be eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the products.
If an order arrives with a manufacturing defect, incorrect specifications attributable to Signature Mylar, or another production-related issue, the customer should contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, Signature Mylar may offer a reprint, replacement, correction, or another appropriate resolution.
Customers should provide relevant order information and supporting photographs or documentation when reporting an issue.
Shipping & Delivery
Production and estimated delivery timelines may begin after required artwork, specifications, and approvals have been completed.
Estimated shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the order, production requirements, shipping method, destination, and circumstances outside our control.
Signature Mylar is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Signature Mylar will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
To the extent permitted by law, Signature Mylar’s maximum liability relating to a specific custom order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
